Embroidery

All our embroidery designs are stitched with the latest computer controlled automated embroidery machines here at our own business premises.

We do not send embroidery work out to be done elsewhere.

Embroidery is most suitable for smaller areas where a high quality finish is required. They are commonly used as a breast design but can also be stitched elsewhere on the garment.

We can stitch up to 15 different colours within a design.

Before any embroidery can be achieved your design or logo has to be converted into a format that the embroidery machines can recognise. This is called " DIGITISING ".

There is normally a charge for the work involved administering the digitising. The charge also includes the time taken to produce a sample prior to actual work being carried out.

Sometimes we produce more than one sample if we feel the design needs to be " tweaked " for a perfect finished product.

The price will vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. We are very competitive and try where possible to advise customer’s ways they can save money.

STAGES FOR EMBROIDERY

1 - Send us your logo by e-mail along with your garment choice, quantities and sizes

2 - We provide a quote for the design and completed garments

3 - You give the go ahead

4 - We proceed with the digitising of the embroidery design and produce a sample on fabric

5 - We send you an image of the sample for approval or amendment.

6 - You give final approval.

7 - Cleared payment

8 - The work is completed and dispatched or collected

We are happy to combine embroidery and printing on garments and can add individual names, numbers or text. Please see our printing section for more details
